We translate documents and deliver a PDF containing the translation, a signed-off certificate of translation, and a copy of the document you sent. Every translation is reviewed and approved by a named human translator before it reaches you.

We cannot guarantee that any particular authority will accept a translation. Acceptance is decided by the body you submit to — an immigration service, a court, a university — under its own rules, which vary and change. What we certify is that the translation is complete and accurate to the best of the translator’s knowledge and ability, and the certificate says exactly that.

The certificate is not a notarisation, and it does not attest that your original document is genuine. If you need notarisation or an apostille, that is a separate step you arrange yourself.

You confirm that you are entitled to send us the document and to have it translated. You keep every right you already had in it. We use it only to produce your translation, and we do not use your documents to train anything.

The price is shown before you pay: a fixed rate for each page up to a set number of words, plus a per-word rate for anything beyond that on the same page. The figure quoted at checkout is the figure charged. Work begins once payment is confirmed.

Tell us if a delivered translation contains an error and we will correct it at no charge. If we cannot produce a usable translation of your document, we refund you. Refunds are returned by the same method you paid with.

Keep your password to yourself. Signing in also requires a code sent to your email address, so your inbox protects your account: if you lose access to it, tell us. One account belongs to one person, and accounts are either a customer account or a staff account, never both.

Do not upload material you have no right to send, and do not use the service to produce a document intended to deceive. We may decline or stop work that appears to be either, and we will say why.

Our responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for that order, including a full refund. We are not liable for a decision an authority makes about your application. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them. The terms that apply to an order are the ones in force when the order was placed.
